A: Your new Alpenforce comes with filtration beads included. However, filtration beads usually last around 6-8months before you need to replace them.

Q: How do I know if my beads need to be replaced?

A: Eventually, your beads will reduce in size and start to lose their color. This is a sign that your beads need to be replaced. Don't worry, this will only be necessary after 6-8 months depending on how often they're used. 

Q: How do I replace the beads?

A: Your order should come with instructions. However, if you ever need more help. We have a dedicated page on our website.
